For God sake even Samsung s6 users have their own complaints too am a big fan of gionee I used m5 and splus previously these two phones are wonderful atleast apart from zero 3 and phantom z and 5 I don't think there are any other popular mtk device in Nigeria to compare with the two phones

After buying ... moreHahahaha Gionee m5 is not the worst mobile, it's actually a decent phone with a huge battery life, but you can wait for Gionee M6 which will be launched on 26th July this month, it's gonna come with a snapdragon 650 and 4gb ram.

Please I dont know why I can't install when I have 32GB free space and it keeps saying no sufficient space. Please is there a way I can just use SD memory instead of phone memory.

Hi guys..today only i brought this gionee m5. After buying this mobile i am seeing this reviews and u ppl r scaring me. Can anyone plz help me, is this mobile is that much of worst mobile or else atleast is it ok for using basic things like calling messaging and for pictures? Plz help me

Gionee m5 lite is the worst phone I have ever used. Very poorly designed UI . Main function of phone is calling and goonge fails miserably. Very long process to locate contacts and call. No swipe for call or message. Very poor customer support. Gets hot quickly. Poor signal catching. I made a big mistake in buying gionee

My m5 has a problem with rotation. While playing videos with in-built player and playing certain games which need landscape mode my phone fails to rotate. (note: even while auto rotation is on)

texas, 05 Jul 2016cant move application on phone to micro SD kindly helpThe international version of the Gionee m5 doesn't support the moving of apps to sd card, the Indian version of the Gionee m5 on the other hand supports the moving of apps to sd card, the only option for you is to flash the Indian rom of the Gionee m5 into your phone using the software Xp flash, you can download the Indian gionee m5 rom from this link, http://firmwarefile.com/gionee-m5

Gionee m5 might be quad core but it's a 64 bit cpu which one core of it has double the performance of a 32 bit core of the Gionee S5. 5. So in normal usage Gionee m5 is 2 times faster than the Gionee S5.5

I bought my Gionee m5 immediately after I was robbed off my Gionee elife s5.5. Honestly, I missed it so much because it's super faster than m5. Gionee m5 is very slow possibly because of its Quad core CPU instead of Octa core. Still need gionee s5.5
