Heating is big issue, poor battery backup. Backup bottom is not properly working.

I m fed up with this phone. Battery back up third class. Touch pad third class. Heating problem irritating. I m using it from 5 months. Ear phone not working. Its waste of money...totally wastage of my 14000/-

The video clarity is not good.. No sound while playing videos.. Very bad.. I wasted money on this bad mobile

The phone is getting more heated . Rather than the battery the mother board is getting heated more. The fault is not jio's. Using cam creates more heat. And also turn off ur GPS location. Then ur battery work efficient.

this p7 max is being heated up to 50 degree centigrade within 1 minute and completely charged battery is being finished in 3 hours only and there is also a screen problem the screen is being touched automatically without touching on the display and many more.

I have bought the phone 1 month ago,and it's awesome in every way. What is i really really love about the sate is it's camera quality. Only back button is minor issue some times. Only one issue that i want to say that some time with a good mobile network watching vedio online get's phone much hotter which is not good.

the same problem i have in my phone..wen i charge my phone its getting to much hot,,and back switch not working properly,, 3100mh battry its saying but i dont think its true

I am using p7 max since 6 months. And phone is going great. Camera could have been. More nice. But still v.good from. Others. Works very smooth while gaming.

This is the worst phone in the world....i charged my phone 4 times in a day,any third party application did not work correctly,when i charged my phone then my phone geeting very hot....so i suggest all of friend plz do not west ur time.

I can't do video call without using any apps
But in samsung j7 videocall is available without any apps
J7 is a volte smartphone so without internet we can do videocall but in P7 max we can't do

yesterday we have purchased P7 max , Today we have faced issues like battery fastly drain ,back button not working , sound system hang etc. i have paid 13500 rs. for this. so kindly suggest / resolve these issues ASAP.I am Very disturbed.

There is problem of suddenly sound drop, in many times resolve it.I purchased at Reliance I had gone to purchase other phone in the same price They should refund my money.

Yahhh but still nice. I had bought this phone and l am very happy with this. Heating up phone is not a major issue.... little bit heating is very rare in every phone.. No need to worry... You can buy this phone without any doubt. This phone always make me proud that yah I choose best phone for my personal use. Thanks gionee for launching... I like this name very much
