Make sure that your Battry Should be Charged at least 70%.

I bought P7 Max 10 days back. observed previous feedbacks in this section and my opinions are as follows:
Back button: seems not a big problem, the sensitivity of button a bit lower so functionality matters on distance from center of the button you are tapping. hands get habituated shortly with that .
video : no problem.
Sound drop suddenly: observed particularly if battery level is very very low that could be a protection for extending battery usability in low charge.
Picture Quality: Looks dull but you have a professional mode where it could be enhanced if you know photography, but in general picture is dull.(this feature i need to explore more)
Battary back up: Yes, seems low but still i get 20 hrs avg on continuous wi fy and normal calling use. may be voltee consumes more battary (suspect-- not sure) like you can clearly see with 4Gon and 4Goff in any smartphone. Use of mobile data consumes more battery as system always search 4G netwroks at the cost of power--- common in all smartphone.
Heat up: Negligible and still it can greatly be improved with "Battery Doctor app"-- i have tested it and very satisfied. this app even protects overcharging and use auto disconnect upon reaching 100%

I can't do video call without using any apps
But in samsung j7 videocall is available without any apps
J7 is a volte smartphone so without internet we can do videocall but in P7 max we can't do

yesterday we have purchased P7 max , Today we have faced issues like battery fastly drain ,back button not working , sound system hang etc. i have paid 13500 rs. for this. so kindly suggest / resolve these issues ASAP.

Few month back i buy Gionee P7 Max device yesterday i got sw update then i updated it
Now 1 In calling screen save name missing 2 SMS composer screen given force close always
Build number : P7 Max_0201_V5456 HW P7 Max_Mainboard_p2

I purchased Gionee P7 Max on 27th Jan 2017, but I found when we go for video recording, the sound not record , after play the same video we hear some machine running noise was come, actual recorded sound not come, so I am very disappointed to some 13999/- spend.

I bought in last wk of dec i would say its a shit phone. Nothing works upto expectations. No speed of data ,phone sound goes off on its own,power also goes off. Nobody should buy this phone

You all are right about battery backup & heating issue as well auto sound off.
They should replace my phone.
