Google Photos now has a messaging feature
Google Photos gained a new messaging feature. It works almost like a full-fledged messaging client but its sole purpose is to make image sharing with certain people easier.
Now instead of creating an album for, let's say, a single photo, you can just send it directly to someone and start a private conversation. And when someone shares a photo or video with you, you can download and save it to your device. Pretty neat.
However, this feature comes with the latest version of the app, which isn't widely available at the moment and should land globally sometime next week.
