Some more detailed specification about Pixel 4a has just leaked. This phone is supposed to have OLED display with 6 GB of RAM. So with a power-efficient Snapdragon 730 it should give a very well performing device with a decent battery life for just $400. I'm looking forward for its release :)

Good to know Ultra wide camera is added. LCD screen, and octa core processor but battery 3080 mah. I just don't understand what is in Google's mind. Are they lost? In this days even 4000 mah is struggling to survive a day. It will flop again.

It's great that it's getting the Android support on time, but if you're buying a phone for its software support, why wouldn't the upcoming iPhone be a better choice? Talking just from the software point of view here. I highly doubt this phone would get Android 13, but I can easily see the upcoming iPhone with iOS 18.

You pay for the software support not only for the hardware itself ;-D

Apple iPhone SE (2020) might be far better choice at this price point. It has far more powerful A13 Bionic processor. Also iPhone battery life will be much better than Google Pixel 4a even if iPhone provides small battery because iOS is much better optimized and also because of powerful efficient 7 nm+ processor and 750p (750 x 1334 pixels) display.

Google should just skip this device. It can't compete anymore with this mediocre specs. outdated storage options, outdated camera options, outdated display. The competition has caught up. Nothin special about them anymore. Was fun while they were ahead in something. Don't think they matter anymore.

really excited about this one, the punchhole front cam is only a bit unfortunate in my opinion, rather had pop up or maybe not at all.

With 4000 mAH battery this device will sold like hotcake but yeah google just dumb not even realize that.
