Does anybody know how to unlock an OEM locked Pixel 4a5g? Somebody deceitfully sold me a used OEM locked pixel 4a5g on line. The seller disappeared and I am stuck with the phone, unable to use my physical sim.

I bought this phone refurbished in late 2022, It worked perfectly fine for my needs, which is literally just to call people and watch videos on social media. Recently, I believe after I updated the phone, the phone will start restart randomly, and it seems to happen when I try to do a "hard task" (like recording a video) when the phone is not charging. The battery aswell has deteriorated to the point where a full charge can realistically only last 2 hours. Unfortunate. I liked this phone.

my screen touch response is weird . i have to scroll more than 2-3 times to go to another page and it is not registring my touch . i took it to a locan service center an they told me to change the screen, which will cost me more than 100$. i dont use screen protector

What's the issue with 4a5g when you try to call the screen becomes dark and the call ends up. 2nd when you receive Whatsapp voice message and tap on that the screen again going to dark mood and voice disappears.what is the solution please.

It seems that it's a bug of Pixel 4a, 5 and 5a.
Can't help even if you replace your screen.
Sometimes it just lost multi-touch out of nowhere. And when plugged in, the swipe animation is kinda sluggish.
But to recover multi-touch is very easy, it's just a hassle that you have to do every once in a while.
Turn off any lift/touch the phone to lit the screen up.
Lock your phone screen. Then wipe your screen while the screen is off so it has no dust, etc...
Then open your phone again, either via the power button or fingerprint. During the moment it lit up the screen, DO NOT HAVE ANYTHING currently touching the screen, either your fingers, dust, ... At this time, the device do some re-calibrate in the background, and touching the screen may hinder the work. Just hold the phone on the side.
There you go, the multi-touch works again.
