128gb good for everyone that don’t need much storage not business wise. Most /not much need 1tb but it help for food picture or taking a lot of picture, or paper storage by scanning them.

What's the point of this phone when the Google Pixel 2 and Google Pixel 3 still exist? Even the 2 is better honestly.

Google is so out of touch with consumers. Everyone knows we want 10 inch displays in a paper thin body and 200mAh battery max!

Watch them actually do this in a few years xD.

It's almost like Google engineers are getting paid 100's of thousands of dollars to do almost nothing... Weird...

So around $700-$800 CAD in Canada? Pass, I'm waiting for the Nokia 7.3

I don't need or want 5G. 4G is plenty fast for me. Make a phone same as this but without 5G and price it less, I'll buy it.

Danne, 31 Aug 2020Most countries on earth do not recognize E-Sim..yet. Even i... moreI use my Pixel 3a XL in dual sim (dual standby) mode, with a postpaid SIM from my home country (permanent roaming) and a prepaid eSIM from my residence country (Germany), simquadrat/sipgate, basic, no monthly tax. So for Germany at least, you can use the eSIM while here alongside your home country physical SIM.

Even in Europe, some carriers (like mine) do not provide it. I do travel a lot , like 1-2 times a year for at least 2 months, that's why I need a Dual SIM phone. Because as usual, where ever I stay I'll put a local Sim Card. Google could also create 2 versions, why not? I'm sure many people will also buy the international 'full unlocked' version with Dual SIM tray.

Danne, 30 Aug 2020Dual Sim Google please.. DUAL SIM .Every Pixel phone since the Pixel 2 has been dual-SIM (for some people), because that's when Google started including eSIM as well as a single-slot NanoSIM tray. As long as one of the two mobile carriers can be put onto the eSIM, that makes Pixels a dual-SIM phone.

That said, the mobile carriers don't want to make it easy for customers to switch to a competitor, so most of them currently only allow eSIM to be used with post-paid plans. Those are what most people use in North America, but the majority of the world uses pre-paid plans instead. People who want to combine two pre-paid plans are probably out of luck... but they also have a ZILLION dual-SIM-tray phones to choose from, whereas North America has (almost literally) zero.
