Anonymous, 18 Oct 2020am i the only one who think this is a perfect 2020 smartphone ?Yes

Anonymous, 18 Oct 2020imagine living in 2020 and complaining about a 6" smar... moreThere is still something to be said for pocketability; 6.5"+ screen phones are harder to fit into pockets of trousers, and it'll get even worse if next year the trend continues above 7".

I also like being able to use a phone one handed. Though to be fair I'm currently using a 6.3" phone with a grippy case and customized UI so I can use this thing one handed. A nice thing about using Android!

Dave, 18 Oct 2020What about the USB-c connector? Can a headset be connected ... moreYes. It was that way with my Pixel 2 and works on every USB C phone I've tried.

Improve it by adding all options as card slot , jack and radio and icreasing mp of its cameras and make it cheaper to sell more .

Jimbob, 17 Oct 2020This seems overpriced now the that iPhone 12 mini is coming... moreThat's one of the things I like about Android phones, actually. You can wait a few months and then you can get a really cool phone at like 50%-70% the original cost.

The Critic , 17 Oct 2020just because you maybe have small hands and can't use ... moreBro, no one's making fun of other manufacturers for making larger phones. They're just saying that the other phones on the market are larger than they'd like, and I personally agree. The only "making fun of" in that comment is the commenter making a joke about how the other phones are large enough to be considered a slab.

What about the USB-c connector? Can a headset be connected there with a 3.5mm USB-C/jack connector? Can the sound be output on this GP 5 because this USB-C port?

I suggest a special edition with 865 + snap dragon chipset with a special color maybe off white like the Porsche edition of the black berry and the huawei mate series

Anonymous, 17 Oct 2020What a refreshing change not to be holding a massive slab, ... morejust because you maybe have small hands and can't use a big phone doesn't mean you have make fun of other other brands who makes good size phones for majority of the market. Most screen phones are great for enjoying games and watching movies when on the go so if you want to play tetris and want to watch just movie trailers on your small phone then peace be upon you brother. Meanwhile i am enjoying my 6.8 inch phone where i can enjoy game playing and watching media

What a refreshing change not to be holding a massive slab, the Pixel 5 feels a perfect size in the hand, the screen is wonderful, the cameras are still very impressive even by today's standards and the battery life is extremely good, performance doesn't feel any worse than my recent SD855+ phone based on everyday use rather than benchmarks. I just cant help feeling £550 would have been a more realistic price to ask for it, that said one forced my arm up my back to buy it.

Excellent body and android 11 . Why no card slot and no jack ? Cameras must improve very much. Price must decrease very much to sell more.

Once again Google disable displayport output in
                                      USB 3.1 Alt-mode on pixel phone's ?

                                      When even Google say:-

"Currently, DisplayPort is the most widely implemented alternate mode, and is used to provide video output on devices that do not have standard-size DisplayPort or HDMI ports, such as smartphones and laptops. All Chromebooks with a USB-C port are required to support DisplayPort alternate mode in Google's hardware requirements for manufacturers. A USB-C multiport adapter converts the device's native video stream to DisplayPort/HDMI/VGA, allowing it to be displayed on an external display, such as a television set or computer monitor.

The only reason i have not been able to buy Google phones is the screen size. Their screen size is too small. how do you bring out 3 versions and none of them is up to 6.9 inch screen. Very disappointing .
