I'm better off fixing the cracked screen on my 3 xl for $300 than upgrade to a lesser phone for $600. It would have made way more sense to call these 4a 5G and 4a 5G XL and take a mulligan on the Pixel 5. Google always finds a way to screw up the phone line to the point that it's getting frustrating. They get it wrong then compensate in the wrong direction and make the issues worse. If the Oneplus 8 Pro handled pictures like a Pixel or if the Google Camera was able to be straight up installed without mod, that would be in my pocket.

How does a company have so much money AND consumer data collected have no idea how to sell a phone. Also, while being number 1 in photo is awesome, why not make video just as excellent?

After 6 years of upgrading to latest nexus/pixel. I will skip this year. Wtf google p5 is a shame if these specs are correct.

Crappy camera below average battery, no sd slot and only gorrila glass 3 and a plastic made.
Maybe 200 bucks would be decent price othervise its instant DOA.

Among all those 6.7" that we have at the moment in the market for me this one is like an oasis :D
I go to work and do activities without carrying any short of bag around. It's just impractical to have a large phone. Hopefully more compact phones will follow, it seems Pixel5 and Iphone SE are the only options atm.
