Where to start...this phone is ok. The main camera is great but thats about where it ends.
I came from a OnePlus 7t pro McLaren and the pixel isn't nearly as intuative.
Simple things like the phone not having a quick mute/ring/vibration switch and having to go through a poor menu system to adjust levels. The type c port not being able to recognise the difference between a set of headphones and an audio adapter so when you switch between the two its either full blast or too quiet (never a problem on OnePlus)
Other simple things like being able to quickly uninstall apps from the home screen instead of having to go through the full settings menu. The glass somehow feeling hollow whenever used.
This isn't a bad phone by any stretch but I would of expected the best from google to outstrip the competition. For me the phone doesn't feel like an upgrade. More of a side step. Performance wise they are almost the same with the pixel maybe being a hair faster but I can barely tell. The punch hole camera is also really annoying after coming from a full screen design.
If you're coming from a mid range phone then this is a good choice. But if I were to have the option I would of gone for something different

Turning 5G off and using LTE on T-Mobile USA has improved battery life tremendously. It's been a week now and it's safe to say I'm getting about 30%-45% battery life improvements. The P6P has officially become my favorite phone out of the fold 3, RARZ 5G and iPhone 12 mini.

Bought this new yesterday. Upgraded from Samsung's Note 8.
Very happy with it overall, it feels very fast and snappy and all the buttons and options are where I want or expect them to be.
Battery life is great. Have only charged it once since I got it and that's after all the updates and app installations and other setups and downloads.
Haven't come across a single one of the reported issues either. Maybe they were fixed in all the subsequent updates.
The only negative thing for me is that it slipped out of my lap and fell barely 2 feet and there's already a big scratch on the lower end and small ones at the top. Gorilla Glass Victus my ass. I never put a protector on my Note 8 and it never accumulated a scratch as big as the one this got on the lower end, and that was over a period of almost 5 years.
Going to go tomorrow to the shops and see if I can find a decent case and screen protector.

Samsung is known for its lagginess and shitty bloatware and is in no way near Pixel in terms of fluidity and smoothness. Pixel is way cheaper yet beats it in many ways. people don't want to pay $1200 just for extra zoom and display. Where Pixel is only $899. Lol
