    seems like they might have put in a decent cmos at last, this one is too tall for me though an with no 3.5mm it's a never buyer.

Is it flip or tear drop notch or rectangular notch like the iPhone? For now, there is no reliable underscreen camera that can give flagship performance. I don't think punch hole camera is bad, so long the selfie quality is top notch.

            We all know Google doesn't care about looks so it will never look like that

              Imagine you spend 600+ Euro to buy this, and then have to deal with Google ads everyday. I am not eat this.

                I hate the selfie camera hole! I am even ready for my mobile phone not to have a selfie camera. So when does the camera come under the screen?
                The design of the Pixel 6 is great, but the selfie hole has ruined the beauty of the design.

                  wow, just wow. google pixel phones were my fav since their 1st smartphone, even tho they have average specs, i love how they could give you an unbelievably smart and comfortable life.

                              Holly Molly this thing is ugly.
                              Among all sandwich phones only X2 and Vibeshot both from Lenovo company were great.
                              This phone is far more horrible and ugly than G450 by Toshiba or Xelibri lines.

This is how i would configure it SD888 12G... moreThat's not off, but at that price point, it would probably be either Snapdragon 870 or even Dimensity 1200+ (same as 1200 but with the M02 modem and maybe LPDDR5 support)...which I still would be perfectly fine with honestly.

                                      A great comeback would be (to me) a reissue of the HTC One Max with nearly the specs you provided. It would probably skip the IP rating and wireless charging with the metal material but add MIL-STD-G rating and lower the price to about $849. Then next year, three phones with Dimensity 900, 1300 (1200 but with beefed up GPU, LPDDR5 support, and M02 modem), and 2000 with a more mainstream design with the above specs, IP68, wireless charging, and hopefully the first MediaTek processors with mmWave support to sell in the US. That would be a dream come true if the price is right.
