I'm looking for a good upgrade from my poco f1, should I consider this?
I just need decent camera and good performance, some moderate gaming without any heating issue
Also I hear there's connectivity problem with the phone, is that true (for Indian variants?)

How severe is the connectivity problem on the pixel 6a? The phone specs seem great but the network issues, if prominent, might make me reconsider.

And also what is with the fact that Google assistant every time you ask it to text somebody, example Google text my wife and it says text wife on mobile? Why want to just send the text like Apple does? But I have to yet answer a question to send something?

Returning it, I'm fed up.
With all the permissions granted while using fingerprint unlock google assistant won't send texts or make calls unless I unlock my phone first.
This is the most ridiculous thing to have to put up with.
What's the point of having an assistant if it won't function without handling the phone?
My iPhone does it perfectly well, why can't google?
In my job I use the assistant alot and this is just intolerable.

I... moreThe screen is really dull? You mean it's more color-accurate and not oversaturated like an iPhone out of the box?
You can adjust the colors in the setting. I know it's a crazy concept changing settings if you're coming from an iPhone.

Have been using my new 6A for about a week, and I love it. The only problem I had was with the fingerprint sensor; it rarely worked on the first try. But I added a *second* fingerprint using the *same* finger, and that completely solved the problem: it works every time now.

Got my 6a today as my provider offered me a free phone.
I'm used to my iPhone but in reality the screen is very dull compared to my 12 Mini.
And I really don't like the top heavy feeling that I'm taking is because of the camera bar.
Took a picture to try out camera and it made our purple drapes look blue.
I'm thinking I will just resell it and keep my iPhone.
I wish Pixel would make a mini phone.

I think Pixel team following LG to quit mobile sector.sony LG mobiles charging shows hell to thete precious customers.now pixel team ready to quit that was nice. 2.5 hours i kept in charging still 78now how a shameful things we are liking to buy these useless mobiles. Worst experience. Extraordinary developement to focusing LG

Anonymous, 28 Nov 2022pixel 6a and Samsung A52 are now the same price. 6A is MUCH better than A52. I had one before and I sold it after a few weeks, it was very sluggish. I have a 6A now and I'm very pleased with it, very fast and responsive, great battery life, great display, great cameras.
