1. Headphone jack
2. 7+ gen 2 is a waaaaay better processor. Tensor is an awful processor and it's not an overstatement.
3. 256gb!
Only thing going for Pixel is camera, but even then it's not hugely better than Poco f5. As for software, being a Poco there's possiblity of good custom ROM support.

Anonymous, 15 May 2023Why someone get this absolute rubbish of a phone over A52s ... moreWell, im actually torn between these two ( Pixel 7a and Poco F5 ), for these reasons, google has better camera + better software + longer updates + live translations. Also, i only had a phone of Honor so far, and even though my experiences been very positive ( I used that phone for five years ) i always feel a little insecure buying one of these chinese phones.

Charging takes 4-5 hours.
Overheats within 10 mins of continuous use (especially when using Instagram or Google Chrome) and the metal sides become burning hot forcing user to put phone done.
Need to carry cooling pad (I use the one for my gaming laptop)
Call drops occasionally on 4G and 5G bands

Compare Google 7a to Samsung S21+ and you will see how bad 7a is. Also pricewise 7A is twice the price. I bought my Sams S21+ 6 months ago for $300. I still have no complains about it.
