So, the latest Pixel has last year's Android? That's quite disappointing. I thought it was tradition that the latest Pixel comes out with the latest Android version.
Basically no matter if you buy the 8 Pro or this, you get Android 14 in both and are guaranteed the same 7 major upgrades. Sounds like the 8 Pro is definitively much more worth it for the money.

Ugly rounded corners & slow charging speeds, continuation to it, discharges faster than the charging time. Weak modem with Wi-Fi & cellular network, weak performance with worst processor and costs you equal to iPhone. You are welcome.

My fingers keep typing wrong letters on my 6.7 inch phone. Like i said i still have 6.9 inch mi max 3. The keyboard is well spaced..i don't mistype at all. There are many small phones for people who like them but they need to accommodate us too. I messaged them everywhere before they released this 6.8 inchs but I'm not satisfied

Interesting. Seems UW sensor got a small downgrade? Last year's Pixel 8 Pro was using a 48 MP 1/2" sensor. Now, I'm not an expert, but I feel that Google's business practice can deter certain potential buyers. The entire 9 series feels like it was released just to fill the gap or check the box, you know?... Sure, the 37 W charging is nice-ish to have and the G4 might be a bit more energy efficient, but... that's about it. Maybe brands should just release a new generation of terminals every two years. Just saying... Personally, I see zero reason for Pixel 8 Pro users to upgrade. Makes you wonder... Why even release a new generation, at all? Would have been more ecological to release a SE edition: Pixel 8 SE with Tensor G4.

So basically you can make your "own" software and use that hardware manually. Actually I'm using it on my s23u and since it's been so good there is no need to to buy pixel right now. Waiting patiently for snapdragon coming to pixels lol

Again no headphone jack, no card reader and to make matters worse it doesn't have IR blaster. Why even buy this overpriced phone?
