- Screens have different pixel ratios so images in one screen will look sharper than the other
- No SD Card Expansion (To be Expected from modern phones but all phones should have this feature)
- 1 Year Limited Warranty and 5 Year OS upgrade (Planed Obsolescence in Layman terms)
Yeah, no one asked for fold-able phones. They are like the 3D televisions that were unique at the time but were eventually faded out by actual good products such as SMART OLED high Refresh Rate televisions.

This foldable phone is not designed and meant for big volume sales. (With that price tag - no sht Sherlock meme)
Google had to make one because most of the Android phone brands are already having at least one foldable, so they have to be there and be ready with their software for future foldables. They are making new Android versions every year, so naturaly it would be of a great help if they have their own hardware too to test out the software for future foldables right?

Much better options, Huawei and honor currently have the best looking and good specs foldable phones at the moment

So realistically, with all the bad press/reviews/comments about the Pixel Fold, what are the odds that we'll see this phone sub 1000$ in the upcoming 6 months?
We all know that it probably won't sell very well, so it will probably drop in price quite quick. The question is, how much will it drop in price?

Phones with bigger screen can be a way slimmer then those with smaller ones. Haven't you already noticed that?

The worst thing you can do is get a phone that doesn't have the feature you purchased it for and are stuck
The second worst is to massively overpay for a phone and get mediocre features, this is it.

Google have charged premium price for phone that doesn't even compete with it near 2 year old competitor.
Shock some of the pre order tariffs we're insane plus you could even pay fir the handsets on some tariffs, most if memory serves 20Gb data, pay more get more, to state the obvious getting the phone on contract is significantly umore than the $1900

Google phones always had poor battery life. I am not surprised by some saying over here that Google Fold does not have a good battery life. If Google doesn't care about it, why not give us 65w fast charging at least?

Also arent LG the company that brought most of the improvements we see in phones today? I mean they even offered semi modular phones (another downfall by taking risks other companies werent taking) that no one wanted yet people complain about sd card slots, bigger batteries and headphone slots... The irony lol.
Do other brands offer quad 32 bit dacs? Sure they were the 1st with multi cam set ups, AF/laser AF, faster charging capabilites and 1st phone with QHD screen on the market to name a couple of the many 1sts. They were ambitious and unfortunately that doesnt go well in the phone industry now.

The Tensor G2 sucks, the interior display bezels are massive, and apart from the folding display, there's no real appeal to the phone that warrant dropping anywhere near 2 grand on it.
