Well, it arrived into the Canada market and I had chance to play with in Ottawa yesterday. I shocked! It was not what I expected based on announced details. I can say it was the worst smartphone that I was ever seen. Very poor in camera quality and facilities in compare with other brands. Not handy at all. Quiet slow and in total I can say that not worth even try it for only once! Picture quality in all cases disappointed me and sorry to say that but it is not attractive at all. Seems arriving of Google to hardware is a big mistake. Even Google had no success in previous products as well. The only reasonable product was Nexus 7 tablet. Buying this Pixel phones(both models) is only wasting money.

I see so many people complain about the Pixels bottom chin. However people seem to forget that this is the first official Daydream VR device. So having a symmetrical phone will help users to center it in the Daydream VR headsets. Or other Cardboard headsets.

The phone sure has a big chin considering it has on screen capacative buttons instead of physical buttons.
The specs are not that high with only a quad core processor.
It seems priced way high for the hardware that it has.

okay, so pixel phones got the highest mobile score in dxomark , we'll it's clear some other flagship phones are so much better like the LG V20, I wondering why it's not even have an entry in that benchmark thing ... looks like they were paid by Google ... on top of that, I can't even see a post saying if 89 is for pixel then what is for the other flagship? Looks like Google have manage to delete such topics on the Web to appear that Pixel has the best camera to catch people attention.

So i think its a practical phone with no gimmicks.surely its overpriced though.i mean seriously who really use dual edge display or say force touch display in our daily life,i do have s7 and 6s and to be honest i dont use both feature that much.if only google could price it lower pixel could be a huge success.

they should have put the fingerprint sensor on the front, so that it would be more accessible than in the back. you don't have to get your phone from a table to unlock it with your fingerprint ID.

Better i wait for Huawei mate 9 with aluminium body, 20 megapixel camera, sd card slot up to 256gb support, 128gb internal, 6gb ram, and 6.0 inch display. I will never loose my money to buy google phones and iphone coz they have nothing special.
