Google's new teaser video shows the Pixel Watch 2 from all angles

As we said yesterday, Google just doesn't seem to be able to contain its excitement for its upcoming Pixel device releases. Whether by leaking them on its own website, or publishing very revealing teaser videos. There were two of those yesterday, of which one showed a few quick glimpses of the Pixel Watch 2, while the other basically portrayed the Pixel 8 and Pixel 8 Pro from all possible angles.

So, if you watched that one and wished the Pixel Watch 2 would get the exact same treatment, you're in luck for that's exactly what Google's done this time. Following the "Sneak Peek at Pixel 8 & Pixel 8 Pro" video from yesterday, we now have a "Sneak Peek at Google Pixel Watch 2". Here it is.

We want to reiterate that the resemblance to the first generation Pixel Watch is definitely uncanny. The only obvious new thing, aside from a slight redesign of the crown, is the "IP68" inscription on the back, which means that unlike its predecessor this one will also be protected from dust.

The Pixel 8, Pixel 8 Pro, and Pixel Watch 2 will become official (well, more official anyway) at a special event in New York on October 4. Pre-orders will start the same day.
