Google's Pixels will be first to get Android O in August
This is hardly shocking, but Google's Pixel smartphones will be the first devices that to get the Android O update. More excitingly we get a time frame - August. The information comes courtesy of David Ruddock from AndroidPolice, who says he got these details from "a reliable source."
The official OTA to Android O for Pixel will likely drop in the first week or two of August. A bit earlier than Nexuses / Nougat last year.

Of course, as Ruddock also notes, roll-out/release dates and time frames are always subject to change. So take we'll be looking for Google to officially confirm the details as we draw closer to the actual launch.
HMD already confirmed that the Nokia 6 and friends will get Android O update. The OnePlus 3 and 3T will also get the lateast Android flavor.

It is a pity the Nexus line will be neglected. Google should show more support to the old line.

So unlike last year, the LG V-series won't be the first smartphone with the new version of Android.
