Hmd bring more functional accessories than just gimmick stuff by lg or motorola and their repairable device is powerful enough to repair your comment.

I understand the target audience very well, what I want to know is why do you think that people who wants a repairable phone don't deserve a good screen? Midrangers from 4 years ago been using FHD+ and now it's the standard, 720p is justified only if the device is below €200, but ofcourse you wouldn't get any of that cuz you decided to play HMD's white knight.

-Powerful... moreThe premium build is there with the aluminium inner frame, just like their Nokia phones and non-Microsoft Lumias. The external materials may not feel premium, but at least durable.
They're attempting to make a Nubia Neo alternative for the global market, and I don't think it's bad. An ultrawide with a SD 6 series chipset (as long as it isn't a SD695 rebrand) would've made this phone a bit more compelling imho.

Those customers need the easy repair of a smartphone by themselves. They can use a device for over 5 years for simple things like telephone calls, sms, emails view, bank pay, etc
So, HMD must cut the device price at 50%, with hardware specs at the minimum. It is at the half of the price of the fairphone 5 which cost 700 euro.

People are complaining about ~300 PPI:
Your average laptop or desktop computer screen has less than 200 PPI, but nobody needs to visit a psychiatrist about it.
300 PPI is fine.

But... moreMost built in game launchers like Samsung's game booster+ or xiaomi's game turbo support lowering the resolution for each individual game, you can play at 720p without having a terrible 720p display for everything else.

Huma... moreBruh, it is bellow 300ppi! If your eyes can't see the individual pixel, something is wrong with your eyes!
300ppi is a bare minimum a normal human eyes can't see the individual pixel.
Over 500 ppi, only a group of people with eagle eyes can see the difference. Or is it just a placebo(?)
*for a phone
**you need less ppi for something like monitor, tv, etc
***you need more ppi for something you wear infront of your eyes, like vr.

-good front camera ✅ (maybe 🤔)
-good rear camera ❌
-useful secondary camera ❌
-Bright amoled screen ❌
-sharp screen ❌
-smooth screen (90hz, at this price range?? )❌
-premium build ❌
-long software support ❌
-msd slot ✅
-ip ✅
-cool design ✅
-gimmick: modular, and ez repair (kinda cool tbh)✅
Nah, i dont think repairability, msd and that gimmick can cover up all that cons
Atleast give it a long software update 4 (or more) years. And it will be a pretty good fairphone alternative.
