    I thought HMD dropped their Nokia license to offer their own branded mobiles at affordable prices. But, it seems that I am wrong. Isn't it wiser to choose Google's Pixel 8a/Pixel 8 instead of this. I think HMD should be really interested to clarify. Simply parking more mobiles without giving valid reasons for parking at forbidden places would just result in tickets. I hope HMD has a valuable Marketing Research team at least to find out the right parking lot. Good Luck, HMD.

      I'd call it more of a sidegrade since I own both.

        Bruh... XR20 (2021) has:
        1- Larger display
        2- microSD
        3- Type-C 3.0
        4- 13MP Ultrawide
        5- Wireless Charging
        6- The same Android 13
        Who in their right mind would buy the XR21 when the XR20 exists? It's a downgrade 😂

          600 EUR for an old Snap 695 with IPS panel... a really wild idea ..3 years ago .)

            Snapdragon 695 for €600? I think HMD is going toe-to-toe with Oppo for selling the most overpriced phones for the lowest specs

              Someone in hmd in 2016 thought of living off nostalgia and without making an effort all their lives? ha ha

                I had to triple check the price of the phone and I still can't believe it. €600? HMD might as well just die already

                  The Nokia XR21 (Made In Europe) and HMD XR21 are the same price here in the UK, since the HMD model only has a Made In Europe option.

                  It is too expensive considering it is now a rebadged year-old device and the update cycle is the same as the Nokia model.

                  I think it is mostly just rebadging inventory before the Nokia license expires, and there is probably a market for enterprise buyers who can buy bulk volumes and get discount as a result.

                              There's no difference between this & the Nokia XR21, Yet this is at €600 while Nokia XR21 is at €499 & there about... Does HMD want to rip people off??

                                okay im usually not one to complain about price as alot of times people seem to expect flagship everything for 50 bucks, but this wet fart for 600 euros? LOL OMG thats insane.

                                  Basic common sense for a rugged phone to have:
                                  Battery capacity ABOVE 5500-6000 maH
                                  IR blaster
                                  SD card to have as much data as possible during night outs
                                  Nightvision Camera OR Thermal Vision
                                  SOS button
                                  Front Flash and or Top Flashlight

                                  This phone lacks all of these features.
                                  This isn't a rugged phone, this is just some random phone with poor specs.

                                        OPPO K12x has the same CPU or SoC - SD695 and costs 170 EUR, this has the same CPU, but everything else is worse and costs 600 EUR... how?
