HMD XR21 and HMD T21 incoming
HMD is planning to relaunch the XR21 smartphone and T21 tablet under its own brand in Europe, revealed a source in Finland. These devices, initially introduced with a Nokia logo on the back, have already appeared in multiple databases of Nordic retailers, revealing colors, memory options and tentative prices.
Nokia XR21HMD XR21 is going to arrive as the company's first 5G phone and should cost around €450, while the T21 will be anywhere between €225 and €300, depending on storage and connectivity options. Here's the full breakdown:

These devices will likely be exactly the same as their Nokia versions in terms of hardware. The XR21 is likely to remain an IP69-certified MIL-STD-810H-compliant rugged smartphone. The T21 shuold feature the same 10.4” screen, 8,200 mAh battery and stylus support.
These two devices should be officially unveiled in the following weeks and are expected to arrive on market shelves by early June.

You are right, Microsoft also licensed NOKIA names, but nokia mobile factories are now owned by Foxconn.
