You are more than special. I contacted HonorUK on Twitter this morning about the update and they replied that they have no news on when the update will be released. I think you must be extra, extra special if you are the only person in the UK to have received it.

The phone battery drain alot faster after updating to android pie. Better don't update since nothing changed that much. I even experience overheating while playing mobile legend. Gpu turbo is just a lie folks

No it isn't. I live in the UK and own an unbranded, simfree Honor 10 and it hasn't received any update to Android v9.

UK version - does 1080p and under. Extremely awesome, lovely, detailed camera quality. It runs just like any flagship phone for a midrange phone price. Really good battery life and it does really fast charging in about an hour it's 100% social media hardly effects the battery and I get 5-7 hours gaming time out of it little laggy around some games as I have just 4gb of ram. Also does have a very handy face unlock and a quick fingerprint scanner which is always nice. Still not received the android pie update yet... Running 8.1 Oreo. Got any questions just ask me :)

Especially on older themes fr... moreThat's strange, battery life has improved on my phone after updating to android 9 . previously on android 8 , my screen on time was 6:30 hours . Now it is 7 to 7:30 hours . this all with the same way of using wifi and a few social media apps

As an ex-iPhone user I would like to say that the benefits are:
+ Much cheaper than an iPhone
+ Great overall performance and battery life (for the price)
+ Slick and stylish design
The downsides are (whatever you may say):
- Nothing compares to the performance of iOS (in my view still does not justify the price)
- Nothing compares to the User friendliness of iOS (again - does not justify the price)
- The phone takes bad photos if the room isn't well lit
Verdict:
Honor 10 is great in every way. I would not consider going back to iPhone, regardless of the benefits, but only due to the high costs. The quality of Apple products is indesputable. (Sorry if that sounds a bit exaggerated)

honor 10 minus video lack stabilization, no ip certificate, glass cover in back so carefull there no info how resistance against gravel or sand and weight (sometimes people put in back pocket of jeans and forget take out it when sit lol), audio not really recommended for audiophile.

Or some other not big phone? honor 10 for design looks elegant, fit for small hand, light when i compared with a8 2018 samsung in my hand woww samsung feels heavy eventhough different only +- 25 grams, screen decent even in sunlight but don't compare super amoled samsung ok, camera decent when takes shot in bright place and sunlight, monochrome camera very good charger super fast, batteray life decent and price worth with value this phone
Low light camera don't compare it with flagship smartphone but it gives decent bright and contrast in night shot mode, it needs 5 seconds to take shoot so just hold steady and don't move.
minus video no stabilization, eis support only 1080p@30fps and sometimes autofocus mess up, not recommended for user who likes take many videos.
no ip certificate and mystery glass they used so carefull when u keep your phone not recommended who like keep phone in back pocket.
s9 i don't have it cause expensive. Lol

So far issues only on themes. Especially on older themes from previous version, but you can update the themes. Other than that, battery seems to have gone down in terms of screen on time. Options on choosing what location sensor to use is now gone. And game suit has been change to a much worse app assistance.
