It was launched locally yesterday with an enticing price. If not for the uncertainties that happened a couple of days ago, I'll definitely purchase this beauty. Wait and see how this ban will affect Huawei.

The Huawei/Honor phones still have 3 months to work with Google before their US Trading license is revoked. Please calm down. The decision may be undone by then.

Yes: honor was banned just like huawei
No: this phone is launched before the blacklisting so it supports google services(and won't drop them) the only problem that this phone won't get a major updates so no android Q but it will still get security patches and I think that huawei will push some emui updates with new features to compensate the lack of android updates

i think they should have added the headphone jack to this model, but cut it from the pro model, like they did it with the view series.

the honor view10 has been awesome for the last year or so that i've had it. I am always looking to up grade my camera though. trying to see if the p30/p30-pro is the best or are there any other huawei/honor phones with a comparable camera?

This phone is kinda like a p30 but will cost 2999 chinese yen which is 400 euros. Not bad at all. Samsung a70 is around 400 euros with its sd 675 but this honor 20 has a kirin 980.
