My huawie stop charging and I just reset the phone, guess what it is charging and I even played with it while the phone is connected to the charger. (Lady Gamer here). Wow, your comment seems that you're so ignorant to trust the unauthorize technician. You didn't even bothered to consider the one year warranty. It seems that you buy the phone in an unauthorize dealer that's why you didn't bother. By the way my Huawei 4c has been dropped to a 5 meter deep water. It still working. Duhh!

Janha, 13 Jun 2017me too.. always having a problem w/ the signal it is always... moremobile data connectivity is degrading from time to time. During the 1st month, it still connects faster but after a year, I can hardly send a message on fb messenger even if I have mobile data. How to resolve this issue?

This phone has 2 sim slots so 1 must be set to 3g
Other wise sim 1 wont run on this phone 2 sims must be installed to work correctly
1 sim should be 3g other may be regular or 3g/2g
Meaning just 1 sim cant run on this phone there must be 2 to make it work
When you insert both cards set one to 3g and the other to normal so that the phone supports

Wow,this is a nice phone but one question,how could they say that the specs of this phone has 8gb internal memory but is actually 3gb when i look for the storage??? Wutttt

I recently moved some apps to sd card. such as Viber, facebook,messenger. some apps cant move to sd card. yes it is a very bad thing. coz we have less than 4 gb on internal memory.

i have updated my phone to android version 6.0 and it is working really fine. only problem is internal storage. can i install apps on SD card? i have tried changing default storage to sd card but still apps are being installed in internal storage. plz help

my honor 4c has been with me 4 almost 2 years and it is still working ok. Last night I dropped it within the space of elevator from 4th floor and it fell all he way down to basement... it is still working, it just bent a little and some cracks inside the front display.

my honor 4c is totally gone. (haha) i only used it for about more than 1 yr . the reason is my phone stop charging. and i went to authorized huawei center services . then the technician said that the battery is well good. and the problem is the motherboard. he advice me to change the motherboard that will cost same price to the unit! SO I THINK NOT TO BUY HUAWEI PHONE AGAIN!
