My phone was just blackout since 1 year more after I bought. The phone suddenly heated up in charging period. Really not recommend using the phone while charging it especially watching video . THanks

Guys, my dad has this phone here in India and he has never updated it coz it has never shown any update OTA. Its on C636B160 Kitkat and suffers from battery drain issues. Now there is a Marshmallow update C675B530 on Honor's site for our region. Can anyone tell if it is possible to manually update the phone directly from Kitkat to Marshmallow through SD card or will the phone not accept it?

Can't dial #*#*4636#*#* and I have gsm mobile data and I cant set it to 4g.. I tried everything I already reset this device and nothing happened it stays gsm on my data even in my simcard it says gsm card 1 GLOBE. PLEASE HELP.....
