i am using last 4 months huawei honor 4x.. i didn't found any fault in this phone.. it is friendly phone ...camera quality is so pretty .. battery performance also good .....we hope you to lanuch more products in future.Definitely every product will be success.....

Please tell, I want to upgrade my phone and as my phone is troubling so I want to reset hard reset my phone. And then as suggested by many people, after doing hard reset I should download the updates from the honor website. But there are two sections for honor 4x - 1. Honor 4x second L upgrade and then Honor 4x second EmUi upgrade.
So pals my question is which thing(software) among the above should I download after doing hard reset. Please suggest!

bought thro flipkart on 14 dec. till now unable to use micro SD 16 GB card. suspected the card for damage. But tried in other mobiles and other 4GB sandisk and it works. Kindly guide me to contact honor company to replace it due to slot problem or else.How and whom to approach

In india does 4x is available only with quad core processor or octa core too is there??
If only quad core is available the redmi 2 prime is better or honor 4x??

simbu, 26 Dec 2015hi i am using 4x on 2 months..,now i insert 32 gb sd card... moreDear simbu. Format ur sd card first. If problem persist then go to settings then apps then clear data/cache for MEDIA,DOWNLOADS,DOWNLOAD MANAGER and MEDIA SERVER. If still problem persists then download "es explorer" from play store and create a new file, named it as ".nomedia" in the root of ur sd card. It will prevent continuous scanning of media files on sd card. Hence nullify media server which is d main cause of ur problem. Report here after trying.

Now the battery lasts long for 1d 14 hours 60% battery left on stand by mode in 3G network

I had the same issue with my honor 4x, and when I change the mobile network provider now the phone runs 1day and 13hours 60% of battery yet to go.. ;)
The phone is on 3G network, and on standby only. Also only the default apps are running after a factory reset.
This is with my experience, so try with another network provider. CHE2-L11 is my honor 4x model.

i am using 4x on 2 months..,now i insert 32 gb sd card,in 4x battery drain very fast without using any apps..,when check in phone manager it shows MEDIA,DOWNLOADS,DOWNLOAD MANAGER,MEDIA SERVER are taking more then 90% of cherge..,,and when i check updates..,it showes NO UPDATES..,please please any one help me......
