Anonymous, 12 Dec 2015It's stuck at honor logo after update. I am an what the he'll. To solve the issue HONOR 4X stucked at Boot Logo ,i have an easy solution for all those users:
Please download and extract the software package from below official path(around 35MB file)

Requirements:
1) Make sure that the Micro SD card is available with enough free space(atleast 200MB) and can be read and write. It is recommended that The Micro SD card is made by Sandisk, Kingstone, or Kingmax.
2) Make sure that the power of the battery is enough to run the process. It is recommended that the power of the battery is more than 50%.
Procedure:
Step 1. Format the Micro SD card (This operation is OPTIONAL ).
Step 2. Copy the entire dload folder (with UPDATE.APP in it) contained in the file we downloaded to the root directory of the Micro SD card.
Step 3. Shut down the phone.
Step 4. Press the VOLUME UP + VOLUME DOWN + POWER Key(simultaneously for few seconds) to power on the phone and enter the Software Upgrade Mode begins automatically. This will start the FIX process on your device.
Step 4. When the progress bar stops(100% upgrade successful), the phone will automatically power OFF and restart.
Your device should be working fine now.

I am also affected with the problem of contact not displaying. it happened suddenly.even my friend having same problem.any suggestions?

Recently there was an issue with Honor 4x users who updated from KK->Lollipop version due to some server issues(might be too many downloads at same time because of many many users of Honor4X in India)

got resolved.....
Kindly follow the steps mentioned below:
* Go to http://hihonor.in/support/downloads
* Software > download Honor 4X-Second Android L
* Unzip the zip file
* Open "Software" folder and copy "dload" folder
* Paste "dload" folder in your SD card
* Insert SD card in your device
* Switch OFF the device and press (power button + volume up + volume down) buttons simultaneously for 10 to 15 seconds
* Installing starts automatically
It is recommended to take the backup of all your personal data before updating your device software.

Hi friend, when updates my honor4X through online updates after some complete installation and then showing only Honor logo and Powered by Android... I try hard reset but still same condition...Please Help me how to I use my mobile..

There is a Yellowish Brown Patch in my Honor 4x display. I bought it on Jun 3rd from flipkart. could get replacement for my phone. There are so many other problems are rising till then. Torch light turns on automatically, Contacts are disappearing, SMS is not working often, Music Player hangs on creation of Playlists.

The update was faulty... service centre says that the problem will be fixed by monday. You can try and wait for your phone battery to die and then try again . You can try rebooting your phone by holding the high volume and power button together for 30 sec .

Update the handset to Lollipop 5.1.1 release. Can somebody tell me how do i get the Lock screen notifications. I do not see the notifications that I can read on the Lock screen itself on new emails, Hangout SMS etc.
