hey guys i hv recently bought honor 5x everything is cool working great but i dont know why touch disable mode option is not working for me i place my hand on top of screen covered it and made a call from another cell screen shows the calling screen normalyl as it shows i tried this option on honor 3c its working fine there shows a black screen and says do not cover the top of the screen guys help

i had this phone for about 3 week now and it's working great, but it keeps asking me to update an OTA update, and i'm afraid having problems if i updated it, dose any one had problems with updating with OTA?

I bought a HONOR 5X from ALIEXPRESS and it works with neither KOODO / Telus, videotron or Crickets/AT&T. The model I received, which I am trying to return, is K1W-UL00. I notice on AMAZON.CA the same telephone but model K1W-L24, which according to the add will work with KOODO, Virgin, win and others. Is there a site on internet where we can find the specs of service provider and telephone model compatibility.
