baban , 24 Jun 2016what! s about battery back up of huawei honor 6.
battery is charging slowly after i dropped my phone. Any clues why?
battery back is fine once the phone is fully charged.

Don`t buy this phone, I bought it with 2 year contract (Tele 2 Croatia), after just one week phone stopped reading sim card (I tried other sim cards, reseting phone, nothing worked). I took it to Mobis which is authorised service center here in Croatia on May 5th (more than 50 days ago !!!!), and they still have the same status (waiting for the part / broken sim conector) and they can`t tell me how long more I should wait. I have sent compaints on various email adresses direct to Huawei and Tele 2, and still no answer or solution. I am mostly disappointed with Huawei as a company, horrible user experience both with phone and Huawei company. Don`t buy this phone, I am so angry and disappointed, my fault, I was aware of the risk buying this phone-I have read other opinions, but I never thought it would go this far and take so long. Now I can only make a complaint on Tele 2 and Mobis to our State inspectorate of Republic of Croatia as well as to Market inspection and hope they will get me some positive answer.

For those who faced dead battery problem;
Try replacing it by yourself if no warranty left.
Search the replacement battery at china online store. eg; AliExpress.
Don't forget to buy replacement back cover adhesive too.
You'll need small suction cup, small screwdriver & patience.
Remove back cover using suction cup, start from right side (opposite of speaker grill).
Remove the shield from top part & disconnect the battery connector.
You might also need hairdryer to remove the battery, do it carefully.
After replacing the battery, try turning on the device first before putting everything back together.
You can also replace the battery adhesive using thin double sided tape.
Clean the original adhesive before you place replacement adhesive.
Put everything back together if you're satisfy.
Replacement back cover might not stick as strong as the original, use any casing for few days or weeks.

BTW, I love this phone very much. The battery backup are not that great but it was okay. Last a day with normal usage. I love it even more after upgrading to Marshmallow.

Download the rom on that site and simply just follow the instruction. I suggest you to use europe version for your Honor6 :)

No, it's not working. i brought the phone with new battery and very next day again the same problem begins. Again i give back in service center and they are saying the compliant is in mother board(Processor). if we service mother board it'll cost more.. so finally kept the phone in home:(:(:(.

after using this phone for 1yr and 2 months it suddenly gets switched off and when i visited the service center they said that its mother board was damaged and its cost is yet to be known, im waiting for the cost of repair if it's within my budget I'll go for it other wise I'll buy a new phone other then this huawei. I bought it for a price of 20k and I expect it to be durable up to minimum of 2 yrs, feeling betrayed right now

Hi,
I am using this phone since last 1.5 and faced no issues. However, last month I dropped my mobile and after that I am not able to transfer data to and from my mobile. Whenever, I connect it to a laptop/computer, I get an error that the device has malfunctioned and not able to recognize the phone. All other functions of the mobile are working fine. Is anybody facing the same problem? Please let me know of any tips to resolve this issue?

Hi,
I have been using this phone since past 1.5 years and having no issues. However, last month I dropped this phone and after that I am having problems while connecting this phone to a computer/laptop. Whenever I connect it to laptop, I get an error saying that the device is malfuntioned and it does not recognize the device. Hence not able to transfer data from this mobile :(. Anybody else facing this issue? Any tips on how to resolve this issue?
