2. Is the 4G usable in india ? India uses TD-LTE 2.3 GHz frequency (band 40). which model supports 4G india ?

there is no difference if the phone is dual active or dual standby. If it is dual standby, just call divert ur one Sim number to another Sim number for the option "when not reachable" and active call waiting option on both Sim so when ever you are using one Sim the other Sim phone call will be diverted to the Sim u are using that time and phone will beep and the call will be in waiting
