I am using Honor 6, today my phone frequently on and off . screen showing only honor logo and turns black and it repeats. what should I do with this? I am unable to call and to recover contacts by connecting to PC.

I have thhe Huawei Honor 6 for about 1,5 year now. Had no problems so far.
The last few days i have been facing serious problems with the camera and the photos i take.
If i take a photo and then go to see it in the gallery, it is shown corrupted, there is a message "no thumbnail available" and i cannot see the photo. Only today i lost 24 photos! And they were important photos related to my work (engineer).
Any idea what the problem is and how i can restore the corrupted photos?!

I have a serious problem with the photos i ake with the camera. When itake a photo, everything seems fine. If later i go to see the photo, i cannot open it. It says there is a problem opening this file.
I took today around 30 photos duing work and i cannot open more than half!!
Anyone has any idea what the problem is?
Can i restore the photos anyhow?!

I've been using the phone about 1 year, so far overall is good.
Just got one issue, which is when charging, the touch respone is become unstable, easy got typo error, cannot play game which touch respone is important.
I not sure is it all user got this experience?

this phone i using more than 15months...i suggest this is good and best one. i like honor 6
but i still the version 4.4.2. i cant upgrade.if someone tell me how to upgrade the version.

Hello friends,
First of all let me tell you that am using this phone since nov 2015.
I would request not to fall for the opinions given in initial pages of opinion which says this phone has got this problem that problem, actually there's nothing like that.
In 15k they give you beast which stands by s4-s5 and other flagship phones which you get around 30k-40k-50k
I am very game addicted guy
Have played shadow fight 2, dead trigger 2 all works so smoothly.
Have installed all the updates provided by Huawei and believe me experience had got improved everytime.
Just scroll over initial few pages and then you'll find genuine opinion and you'll hardly see any negative opinions.
If you really try and understand mostly it's the users bad experience with the phone which they say phone is not good.
Have bought this phone after reading opinions and feedback across many sites and then dared to fall for this as I have been brand lover of Samsung.
Believe me people get amazed when they find such powerful phone with so responsive and smooth screen.

This phone H60 L04 has an issue after 1 year of usage. It will auto shut down 30 seconds after removed from the charger. If it is plugged on charger then it will work fine Otherwise auto off at all times.. I have found many users here in this gsm itself with this same issue.
When contacted the service center they informed that it is the issue with battery and also told that Honor 6 battery is not available at the moment. They also don't know that when the battery will be available. I'm having this issue currently and its been 3 weeks. No idea when it will get repaired:( When I contacted the Huawei through the information in the site huaweidevice.co.in, no response from them too. This is an serious drawback for this phone.
Other than the above issue, phone is awesome. No complaints till now. I'm using this phone for last 1 year.

Must conne... moreThis phone has many software issues never go to huwaei contact list problem is there net speed doesn't support good...phone gets heat very fast, eventhough 3gb ram phone idms dead slow sometimes. Contacts software have many issues, more softwares doesn't support good...total upset with this phone

Cell phone is good but huawei service is very poor and pathetic. Auto restart issue comes within warranty and phone is submitted to authorized service center to get repaired but even after 1 month, cell phone neither repaired nor even service center executives aware about status. Service center executives are putting while blame on Huawei. When lodged a complain on huawei customer care, still waiting for reply from huawei service executives.
Huawei Service level is very poor, Pathetic, Irritating and dissappointing.
Be careful for choosing huawei brand as it has service constraint and poor SLA.
