Hi,I had a battery problem after one month of use. The battery is drained to zero% after one day of moderate use; No games or multimedia applications.
Do I have to seek technical support or this is due to a software setting?

pramace, 06 Jul 2015hi frens can anyone tell me where is 2nd sim slot???? I cou... morejust in case be sure that your model is a dual sim one,, guess the sim 2 slot either can be used as a micro sd slot or sim 2 so if you use a micro sim remove it and use the slot as a sim one..
