Purchased this phone via flipkart in india. The phone seems to be good for first 15 days .then started heating and got switch off.Then sent to service center , they sent to Huawei .The phone is with the company for six months,still no whereabouts. Keep on call in customer care ,they said to mail company .no phone call or mail received from company in last six months. Huawei claim to one of largest telecom company in globe but its seems to be worst. Never ever think of purchasing online .You are at the mercy of the company.

hi iam thinking to buy this phone is every thing ok with this phone like no heating issue and battery back up is all good can any one suggest me iam confused.iam taking the mobile for the first time so that i haven't used any mobiles yet

Hey how to enable 2g only mode in this phone?..I tried enabling it from setting's ..every time when I select 2g only mode 4g is activated automatically and if deselect 4g the mode will go back to 2g n 3g.i am from india using and am using an
airtel comnection..plz help
