I face with realy weird problem. When I call or receive calls my phone is mute. No sound at all. I make call, the other side pick up, duration counter start, but no sound ! Same thing with earphones. When I use viber or skype is SAME - no sound.
Meanwhile my FM radio work fine. I hear clicks also.
All troubles r only during calls :(
Very disappointing.

SR, 07 Dec 2014I face a problem of getting calls disconnected and airplane... moresame problem is with me when i am attending the call from left side the phone always selected the airmode and call automatically disconnect...one another problem with me i have download the pc suit from huwai website and when i am connected the phone with pc suit and start taking backup then contacts, calenders etc failed to perform backup with pc and after that i selected images for backup that takes 40 minutes for 200 images just 700 mb data.This is worthless.so much time consuming.Anyone else used the pc suit with phone and had tried for the backup? IS this problem only with me to backup the phone or everyone facing same time limit?

gokul, 10 Dec 2014Friends please give me prompt opinion, can I go for this sm... moreHello Gokul , At some point in time even samsung just used to manufacture Televisions and other electronics and Nokia was the king at that time ,but somehow someone took a chance when samsung introduced phones and it turned out to be good and gradually captured the smartfone market , similarly huawei is the biggest internet device manufacturer but not that known in India . Its always the first time mate for everything and then it goes on. Give huawei also the opportunity that we did to others like nokia , samsung and i-shits. :)

Hi, I received Huawei honor 4 days back, facing an issue that, at least 2 times in a day the phone is getting restarted which is irritating..
Some times when I receive a call after one or two rings it's giving continuous buzzzzz sound and restarting automatically...Im using airtel Micro sim card.
Some one please suggest how to rectify this issue ?>

I bought this phone two weak back and i feels awesome. good in camara, music, and mainly browsing speed is fantastic. I love this phone.
