why i can't update through updater in setting? my build number is BLN-L21C185B140 and i'm wondering why i can't get the update.....is it because of the country? are iranian banned to have the update of this phone?

My bro just got this phone today and right out of the box it updated itself to EMUI 5 and Android N, Make sure you leave the factory installed screen protector on since this unit has no Gorilla glass! Enjoy

The camera was much much better in marshmallow. So, if u love the camera (specially the front camera) then I will not recommend to update your device to nougat.

Had, 08 Mar 2018Bought this phone two months ago still didn't receive any u... moreSometimes (by default) your SIM card data service is not used for system update. So you need WiFi internet connection for the update to come in your device. Simply, connect your device to a WiFi service and wait for a few minutes; the update notification must come to you automatically.
Finally, if all methods fail and you can't update your device anyway. Then go to play store and download an app called "Firmware finder". You can get the update from the app.

Krishh, 05 Mar 2018In which model u received b360 update 32gb or 64gbI got B360 for the 64gb one. Strangely got it once I used Airtel sim in slot 1, never got it when was using Jio sim.

I am not happy with my honor 6X phone. I bought mine at Best Buy a little after last Thanksgiving. It has been a disappointment. It freezes up...a lot. It very easily goes to mute which causes problems. The camera is good, but that's just about the only good thing about this phone.
