Just made the update to Nougat.
After the update -
Phone gets heated up during charging.
UI is much cooler than the previous one, thanks for proving app drawer option.
Can't comment anything on the performance front as never had any performance related lags or issues before the update.
Everything looks cool and great and the phone.

HI, I've purchased this phone from Philippines and yes its name is Gr5 2017.
And so far? Everything is fine everything is good. Camera works will with different
types of editor, its picture is like DLSR Camera. Batter? I Can play games more than 4 hours without the battery Heating so I conclude that the Battery Issues is just a hoax or a false information from the haters. No lags at all so far, battery last more than a day if you are just plainly browsing. If straight game probably more than 8 hours (never tried though ^_^ ) But I'm kinda intrigue with the update, the Nougat. I received in my updater but did not update my Honor 6x yet (coz im waiting for any comments from the users). So I have question to be ask. To those who already updated their Honor 6X, Comment your experience about the update Nougat 7.0

1. Is Huweai Honor release se... more1: No dear i got last security update in JAN 2017, but its not really necessary to get security patch updated every month, Many big brands like Samsung and even Sony which is very efficient to updated their users also skip security updates..
2: Loudspeakers is not so "Loud" but its giving a decent output..
3: Battery backup options for moderate users are very effective..
4: 6x have dual camera, and the camera of this phone is the real strength of this device...
5: I habitually playing more then 1 and half hour subway surfers and other games, 2 hours continues YouTube streaming, other net surfing, but its never been warm for a single minute... Thanks to Huawei' own chipset Kirin 655..
6: Look wise build quality is so attractive and premium...
Over all its a marvelous budget device, we have more powerful processor and 3gb of RAM with a good management in this price group, my experience is really great with Honor 6X, Go for it without hesitation...!!! :)
