I have this phone but I think it's has a software glitch and some time hang is there are any company firmware update available for this device or not because this almost now one and half year old software
Or any one have some other solution please any help about this problem one time I reset my set but still no any positive improvement

i have this phone very nice.. i love it. problem is it just fell and the screen got damaged. phone is still working.I got it from Doha but i am based in Kenya. phone is not in the kenyan market yet. How can i replace the screen and how much will it cost aprox. is there an option of using another models screen. i am told they do not have the spare parts in kenya. kindly advice Rachael

I bought this phone and have been using it for the past 2 months,in fact,the phone is VERY good,no overheating,4G is working well,camera is great,earpiece is woow,I downloaded Dub music player from play store,you will only experience heating when you are using apps that consume lots of battery for instance,whilst browsing in 4G mode,I was playing music,whatsapping,checking football livescores as well,this will cause heating definitely since those apps are battery consuming,the battery also charges very fast.TO SUM IT UP,THIS PHONE IS VERY GOOD.

Is this phone honor 7i suppose to get overheated does anyone at al has that sale question por issue i just got the phone TVE back of the phone gets hot especially when watching youtube videos

Indeed this phone is a nice make from Huawei and any one who sees it loves it, My fervent wish is that you review this design in a form of SHOT X2 with higher specs like that of honor 8 but maintain that rotatable camera in much higher quality. It may be 5'5 screen size with 4000 mAh battery, HAHAHA! Great staff there.

Oh OK thanks Croblue. But I am yet to buy honor 8. The video I saw on you tube of the Sapphire blue colour oh my GOD too beautiful. But is not yet in my country.
