AnonD-690295, 08 Aug 2017I am worried about shipping from abroad cause I never done ... moreIn Lazada you can replace or refund the item if it is factory damage and not user damage but it takes time, so you have to wait the process. i already try it, i buy asus to them then refund it after i saw some factory defect. in Amazon. is still didnt try the warranty because most of the item i order them is not electronics
