It sure not i... moreRespectfully my friend, your comment is fraught with ignorance....I own the Iphone 6 plus, the Oneplus 3 and the Honor 8 and I can say with all propriety that the Honor 8 is way better than the Oneplus 3, is cheaper, is wayyyy faster and is very well made mid-price smartphone. The snapdragon processors are benchmarks champions but in the real life, are wayy slower than kirim hi silicon processors and less stables....and by the way, I'm born and raise in US and 3 of my friends bought the same Honor 8 and they all born and raise in US with very well paid jobs. If you really want to pay 700 bucks for a Galaxy with that garbage of UI full of bugs, go ahead! But if you want to make an smart purchase with a phone with better performance than Galaxy, Iphone 6 plus and Oneplus 3 and half of price, take the Honor 8 and you'll never regreat it! Peace!

        So who is buying Huawei Honor 8 in the U.S.A. It sure not is the locals.
        Cannot deny it's a great Brand and Honor 8 is there.
        However most purchases are being done by customers from countries like Argentina who find its more affordable here than in their own country due to existing tariffs back home.

          Thre are some opinion huawei should make phones according to this. And there will be increase in huawei users.
          1- This phone's 5.2 Lcd means 5.5" lcd length because of keys shows at the bottom of screen. Thus total lentgh of phone may be 6.5". That is too large size as compared to other companies like samsung and iphone.
          So huawei should make these keys/buttons outside the screen. Like samsung.
          2- If huawei make large lcd mobiles also should make small lcd mobiles of same specifications like iphone. Because people can buy phones according to their choice of phone size. As big ones have problem of carrying with or put in pockets etc.
          3- Huawei make all specifications better but 1 feature is not good. That is memory card support. Now a days there is very much need of copy or move data.
          So huawei should make memory card support phones.
          Because of these features most of the people not like the huawei phones.
          If these features be put in the huawei phones, users will increase and buy more and more huawei mobile phones. Thanks

              Please help me make a decision between one plus 3t and Huawei honor 8?
              I care about camera, good looks which turns head, good graphics on game however I only play one heavy graphics game and that Is real racing 3, so as long as that game runs perfect, I'm happy, I'm not much of a multitasker so I won't care about the ram, the battery should last long and charge fast and it should also provide me a good and fast internet experience.

Cons... moreHonor 8 same as Honor 7 has brilliant camera.Far better than P9 /lite in terms of details and sharpness.Both phones lite and 8 give natural colors and are rich in details.Ofc the lite one is lacking a lot of details in low light or camera samples.
                    The reason why P9 lite is 1/3 the price is that the chipset of Honor 8 is best on the market and out beats the P9 Kirin 955 and Mate 8 960 (surprisingly by 1 point).Also the build materials are great too.So faster chipset,great materials used to build it and 3-4x times better camera in terms of taking pictures section and 2x times in recording (camera recording on the honor 8 and P9 are still not developed better than honor 7 or P8 and almost the same).Imo the P9 lite chipset is equal to snapdragon 617 abd a bit better on the other half of cores.Also honor 8 is new to the market too.Imo the 2nd camera is used to make special effects such as white/black and others better and improved,but you can always youtube camera reviews of the honor 8.

                    These days you can also get the Honor 7 at the same price as P9 lite and i prefer the Honor 7 anyday over the p9 lite,except you need to download marshmellow.In the stores from what i can see Honor 7 has like 1.5 gb ram free and P9 lite has only 700 mb.Also better chipset too and camera.

                      Hey guys. Can anyone say if this Honor 8 and as well as the Honor 7 are just dual stand by or are actually independent dual sim? Meaning that you can receive calls while in a call on the other sim? I consulted with a local shop who deals specifically with dual sims and he has both of them listen in the Dual Sim active categories. If anyone can give me an answer I would appreciate it. I don't want to spend money for nothing. I want to replace a wannabe Lenovo dual sim because of this thing with a true dual sim. Cheers!

                        Looking for phone, thinking either P9 Lite or Honor 8. Considering that the price of P9 is 1/3 cheaper than Honor, which one is worth the price more? Honor has dual camera, so I wonder what is that and how is it better than normal camera?

                                      Shaun Moroz, 15 Dec 2016No. The P9 is a flagship phone, plus it has a better processor.No-no, actually processor and performance is same, but in camera, p9 is leica branded so has a bit better camera so has a bit bigger price, but honor 8 also has phenomenal camera. So you need not to worry which you buy.
