Is there any possibility that the Oreo update comes depends on the version of the phone? Cuz when I purchased the phone, no updates have been available

Lol the latest is official and not beta...I found oreo update on my honor 8 pro more arranged and clean. Love the resolution can be changed to FHD as gaming improved. After every update, I always clean cache partition and clear data of camera, apart from the 3d creator not working, the camera quality is better. Love it.

yoga, 13 Mar 2018Same here . But for me only the 3D creator not workingif you want to downgrade your honor 8 pro from oreo to nought, then you can simply go to honor store, they may help you.
if you don't want to do that then you can flash your phone to factory settings using it's firmware. it will definitely help you to downgrade. but be aware while flashing, read HOW TO FLASH before flashing.

I havent use any screen protector for 7 month already, not even have any scratch. But you better use it, I just dont like have screen protector. Nevertheless, screen is so good and strong.

Hey, just purchased this, without the oreo update. Would you recommend not updating, till more bug fixes are available? Or is it automatic? Secondly, how strong is the screen glass? Is it as breakable as an iPhone, or can it survive a few days without a tempered screen?

Buggy oreo update. After oreo update screan become a ghost screen. Don't update to oreo.
