Hi. I had bought the phone 2 months back. I am using an Airtel 3G sim in roaming. I have no trouble calling someone. But when I try to receive a call, right from the first day, almost every time the call gets cut after I press the receive button. I can receive calls once a while, but probably 9 times out of 10, I can't. The moment I click the green receive button, the call gets cut! Has anyone else had the same problem on their Honor 8 pro? Or is it Airtel's problem? As I had mentioned earlier, I've had no issues while calling someone. But receiving calls has been the problem.

[deleted post]They update first for their home market ... Then global...
Soon it will be launched for global.....
My old phone was xiaomi mi5, used to get update once a month or so.. I don't think honor or huawei have same level of support ...But let's hope it will get updates for atleast two years...

Have had the phone for 4 months, always in a case. I remove the phone from the case occasionally to clean it
Noticed this week there are chips in the paint under the case
Honor say my case has caused it as it's not from them
Has anyone else experienced paint problems?

AnonD-157828, 11 Oct 2017My new honor 8 pro battery empty and shuts down exactly whi... more I'm not sure about the shut down at 3% battery but charging taking 3 hrs means defective, mine generally takes 1:30Hrs from 10-100%.Please ensure that you have all unwanted apps closed and are not running in the background, if so it will take longer time than usual to charge.

My friend ! This phone is way smarter than you , and beyound . He try to protect himself against abusers like you , more specificalllly , the lithium battery wich should never drop down under certain percent value, otherwise you will pay a lot of money to replace the battery .
