when you compare to your Y6 this Honor 8x is 3x fast and in truth there is no waiting for every touch, responds right away, the display is excellent even in direct sunlight you do not have to cover the same screen you can split and work simultaneously in two parts, even gamers are satisfied with GPU Turbo, internet connection is great super fast and i just can't find a single note, so i can only say if i need to buy a phone then i would choose it again

I am not a heavy gamer but i love to play with my phone for the whole days for social media and multimedia, because i work as a cashier and i have so much free times.

Battery management is great, because you have a extra choice 'power saving mode' and this is a smart modest that saves battery from unnecessary background boring application but everything works normally and extends the battery by about 5 hours during the day,
then followed by 'ultra power saving mode' which allows you in emergency (with a nearly empty battery) to make calls because in this modest battery lasts 4 times longer but the android turns off .
Battery life is very long, no matter how long you spend on it, at the end of the day, the battery still has power.
Example, with full battery and turn on the navigation I went 380km in almost 6 hours driving and when I arrived the battery was at 72% I was surprised.
I would like to mention that I usually do not consume the battery completely, and when the battery reach 30% to 40% but at least 25% then put it on the charger up to a maximum of 88% (on this way the battery lasts longer and charges fast , about 1% per minute), because less than 25% and more than 89% are consumed 1cycle per charge, knowing that each battery has a limited number of cycles, depending on the manufacturer is about (300-500 cycles) so when they are used up, the battery starts to lag.
Li-ion or Li-po batteries work best at 40% to 80% keep this level for best performance.
The speaker performance is very pleased loud and clear enough to listen to the music and the speaker for the call is excellent.

The FCC limit for public exposure from cellular telephones is an SAR level of 1.6 watts per kilogram. Honor 8x = 0.72W\kg , which means that the reason for your head hurts is of a different nature

I've written this before but here's another one,
If you are not satisfied with the auto modest then you have pro mode,
where you can adjust parameters yourself and these are professional tools, ISO (50 to 3200), shutter speed (1/4000s to 8s) AF-MF, EV, AWB,and much more and most importantly is Night Shot mode that algorithmically stitches together multiple shots for a better-exposed low-light photo it is something that Google showed off recently with the considerably more expensive Google Pixel 3. In this mode, you have to try and hold the camera as steady as possible for six seconds, wherein the camera takes multiple shots and factors in your camera movement when compositing the end result.
Those long-exposure handheld photos the most expensive Huawei P and Mate phones can do, and that's what everyone owning an Honor 8X should be using to save the precious moments at night.
Even professional photographers take 200-300 photographs from professional cameras (that cost a lot) ,to select 10 of them, you need knowledge, don't rush to shoot, make sure your light source is behind the camera, keep it calm while shooting, preferably lean on an object near you , and shoot 2-3 times and pick the best one, I wish you the best moments

The only thing that I don't like here is the camera. So if you want a better camera phone don't consider this. But overall I'm satisfied with this phone. My battery last for a day even on heavy use.
