I went to check this phone yesterday and the camera quality is pretty decent, not flagship level but decent. The reviews nitpick and constantly criticize the camera by comparing it to flagship models. What I've learned is that reviews tend to be more subjective, especially when the reviewers are used to high end devices, which this phone isn't.

Ll, 21 Mar 2019can somebody please tell me if the camera is good :( since ... moreCamera lacks detail no matter what but it gets worse at low light even in "night mode", avoid this phone if camera is a top feature, 8x is pretty good in most other areas and price is fair for what you get so it's fine as long as you don't want an outstanding camera.

I have a problem, when im on a white screen i can see that the upper half is whiter than the lower part of the screen. Anyone else has this problem?

The current interface is quite fast. (Android Pie 9.0 and new interface update ready)
Dimensions are ergonomic... (Premium feeling next to Iphone with more... Attractive...)
Bright and vivid colors, you can also lower the screen resolution... (This feature reduces your charge consumption, provides extra savings)
You won't have any problems with charging consumption. (I'm not addicted to games)
Full charge 100% about ~2hours... (Micro usb used instead of type c socket / 10W)
I like the camera features and shots. (Samples: Flickr, Web: Honor 8x)
Result: According to all these features, the best price is at Honor 8x... (Other brands are much more expensive with these features)

Hi every body,
I had bought this phone 2 weeks ago, I investigate several other candidates, but this one was the best. below is the problems that I see in the phone:
1. Slow mo video record is 480 fps, but it is not real, it is very slow and makes more frames with image-video frame processing. I compare its slow mo video record with my Iphone 6s Plus, if we suppose that Iphone score is 100, Honor score is 20!
2. There is a few lags and sudden program stop that is a usual issue in all phones.
conclusion:
I think this phone is one of the best choices in its price range :) Thanks.
