For the actual users, it does not really matter whether Huawei or Honor has tons of mid range phones of around the same specs. Your review overly criticizes this phone on that fact as it must be frustrating for you to review similar phones all the time.
But kindly think from user's point of view. Most of them would just own one phone for 1-2 years, they would want to know, is Honor 8x better value at its price point than all other phones by Huawei and others in market including Xiaomi, Vivo, Oppo, Samsung etc?
My personal opinion is that this phone really is the best at the price it is being offered. No other phone is that inexpensive, for the value 8x is providing namely: 6.5 inch great looking screen, nice looking handset, big battery, pretty good processor, and above all 128 GB of storage! I got this phone at USD 240 and it is really a bargain.
