        Still no "Pie".

I recently reset my Honor 8X Max and had to install the Google Play store, cause you only get the Huawei Store pre installed. If you buy it online the Google Play store is most of the times already installed. I deleted numreous of Chinese apps that I can't read nor use to clear storage space.

            You can add more languages from the setting.

                Hi guys
                No experience in the honor 8x max, anyone knows how we can disable the increasing ringtone volume?? The ringtone volume is on minimum but it get to go higher by itself??
                Any thoughts!!

                  Still no updates, no security patch updates nor software updates. Great job Honor.

                          Cameras ain't that bad. But still a bit below average.
                          Sound is great in both speakers & headphones.
                          Call quality is good.
                          Screen is huge and good.
                          Battery is great.
                          Speed is good. Tiny lags every once and a while.

                          If you are interested in watching movies, playing music and games.. This cell is awesome for you

                                Any Information about the successor of this phone?.
                                I would like to see one with even narrower bezels and with better display, better cameras (maybe the ones of the honor 20i or newer version ) and Kirin 970 (but probably will be Kirin 710 successor) . Of course please don't forget micro SD card slot and headphone jack.

                                  I got a pop up message and notification about a new EMUI update, but when I clicked on it there was no update at all and it said it's already running the latest software. Really strange.
