very very worst service,Huawei all phones service are worst..i suggest to don't go any mobile from Huawei..It's very very worst service. In singe word disgusting service provide by Huawei.

My is always popped up advertise .. thene and all unstall apps. And delete ar allways back I try all reset but still coming back again and some game I not download it automatic download .pls help.thanks

I have been using the device for 11 months now and have my experience to share.
at 6999/- the device is fantastic. now it is available on Flipkart at 5999/-. camera(8MP) is too good compared to most devices in this range.not very satisfied with front camera but works as 2MP.
Battery backup- 1 day with 3G internet usage.
1GB RAM works well and the device has no hanging issue.
the the sensors works fine however while browsing, the device processor generates little heat which most android devices does. i have bought 4 honor holly phones and have not faced a single problem till date and will advise if looking for a device in this range, however at the same price there are few two 2GB devices also.

I am using honor holly u 19 from last one month.good mobile no hanging problem.camera good.only problem ram is only 1gb.I want to know is it OK to run mobile fast or 2/3gb ram run the mobile more fast?

I cant make conference calls using huawei 4c. It says that' unable to conference calls'. Meanwhile i press merge calls but ...😦

Hi guys, ordered Huawei honor u19 right the day it was launched at flipkart...seemed good for first couple of weeks then all sort of problems started one can't even possibly imagine...two major prob is the battery and the other is being elegantly showing a BLACK screen during incoming calls so that I am able to not see the person calling me which I find hilarious and pathetic at the same time. Others including sudden pause which playing a video...and more..Thanks to Huawei for rolling out no updates for this pathetic handset. Buying this set from Huawei is the worst mistake I probably have made. Next time I would try avoiding Huawei for sure.

hi iam using honer holly u19 6 months i faced some problems ,camera sound not controled,sim 1 slot not dected,contact loading 5 to 10 mins,some contacts missing,slow process, many times reset and 2 times factory reset but useles.but camera resulation and display resulation nice.serivce center not available and service time 30 to 35 days min taken.

It is third category bad phone. No service center in Western suburbs. No response by customer support team of various emails. No proper response over phone also. It is really waste of money, never go for it.
