I am using this honor mble fr past 11mnths when I am using some hanging prblm came And thn I backup and reset it .Now my phone is wrkng perfctlyy and I need the cmpny shld provide lolipop versn for u19 model ...camera I good and buy it in flipkart frst itself rs 7000 but NW it I 6000 and for the cost it s good phone ....thannkss fr huwaiiii

i also getting the same issue, contacts and call dialer are not loading, i having only cm security, other than this i dont have any anti virus.. pls help to sort this out.

I bought the Honor Holly U19 10months back..before ten months it was a very good mobile phone.but now i have some problems.sometimes when I power on my phone, i can't go to inside.when it's on, sometimes it can't idintyfive my sim cards.it says insert your sim card, but i have already insert it. and aloso i use it when it's charging,i can't type a massage.it can't identyfive what am i typing.andalso it takes 4hours to fully charged my mobile.and after i full charged it,low my battery in 1hour.i don't know why. if anyone know ,how to make it right? please help me ( Udara Siyambalapitiya ,FaceBook)
