I use this phone last two years . Can not face any problm . In present technology aggresively developed and this model lounch two year ago so device cant support high performance game and QHD videos. Only one problem device not support otg othervise all,functions are very vell thanks to huawei for lounching this device two years ago.............

When in charging, it hangs always. This is serious problem. And battery discharges very badly. Not a good phone to buy.

i purchased honor holly u19 mobile in the month of February 2016, Since it is hanging, i tried in many ways but no use. i spoke to customer care people, they are not responding properly, even though they are not giving exact customer service address. I lost my money, patience, time

this is a problem with all the holly handset.
i consider it as a safety feature.. better not to use phone while connected to charger.

This is a good phone as per the budget.Its almost 1 year im using it for and there is no issue nothing in it,only the problem is there when i charge the phone the touch doesn't works in it.

I bought this phone almost a year ago, when it first arrived. And i am still using it. This phone is price worthy and is good for a starter as a low budget phone. The only bad thing about of it was it had no screen protection. exept that, this phone's performance was satisfying. 8/10 for me.
