i bought 6 month before,and motherboard is scrap, even it is in warranty , they charge 3000 for motherboard, useless company, service is pathetic, warranty is just for software, what about other part, i dont expect broken part warranty, but we dont play with motherboard, its completely quality issue

Generally I am pleased with this device. BUT .... it sometimes loses phone contacts that I have entered. Anyone know why, and how to fix it?

I purchased a honor Holly 2 plus. Just after two days the charger stopped working and then again after two days the phone's display got a crack. Only god knows why that happened. That small crack grew so big that now there are a multiple cracks. When given in the service place they said they can replace the phone since its under warranty. So then I gave it for service and those people asked me to come and collect the phone after ten days. After a long wait I never got a call and then I again went to the service centre after 29 days. I went because the service centre never picked up the phone after repeated calling. Finally they handed over the phone without doing anything. When asked the honor customer care they simply said they can't replace or even repair. This is the situation for a customer who trusted and purchased such a cheap phone from a cheap company. People beware.
