I purchased this mobile 10 months back, recently i am facing issue with my mobile. suddenly some images and videos are automatically deleted in my phone 2 times.

I am using this phone from Nov 7 2014 . I never had any issues with this phone till date . I charge it 3 to 4 times a day because of my tremendous usage .. But still the battery is Good... and still going great guns .. I really dont know why there r so many complaints. They might not been using it the Correct way . or they got a Faulty piece...I just love the Camera and it has a real Good Display...Go for it...Lovely price..

kamalesh, 01 Mar 2016i have purched honor holly 2 plus but internet is not conn... moreyou just need to find contacts storage app in settings/apps/all and then clear its data you can notice huge data used by the storage and this happen if you upgrade your phone framware to B115 . before clearing the contacts storage data backup your contacts first

I bought my fone august last year and since then I have had to do a hard reset 16 times. I'm always losing important files. Because I'm never fore warned it just fails to start up and asks me to wipe off all my files. So frustrated.

I've been using it since past 15 months now, no issues at all, awesome graphics for high end gaming like real racing 3 and real cricket. With regards to CDMA users, I think this phone only supports GSM network, please check with reliance for network settings.

very slow updation...it takes long time to load contacts...waste phone...each and every whatsapp
call and messages is loading under contacts of each persons, then i updated software from shop, now its taking lot of time to open contracts...called details etc...avoid buying this phone...

I faced the same problem. it was corrected by resetting the phone. now it is ok.
So, you pl reset your phone. Dont install any antivirus apps.
